This site is to encourage people with Type1 Diabetes to get the most out of their training and exercise and to perform to their maximum potential. Exercising with Type1 Diabetes can be complicated and challenging. However with the right knowledge and information it can be safely and successfully managed allowing people to achieve their goals.
